Information we receive
The callback form collects a parent's name, telephone, optional email, child's age range, preferred session and skiing level. Registration also collects the child's name and date of birth, selected trip and session, and information you choose to provide. A parent or legal guardian provides the child's information. Do not include health information or national identification numbers in these forms.
Purposes and legal bases
We handle enquiries, registrations, steps requested before entering a contract and performance of the trip contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence and protection of claims rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Required camp and accounting records rely on legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c). Messages about future trips require separate optional consent, which you can withdraw by contacting us. Marketing consent is not required to receive a reply or attend a trip.
Recipients
Vercel hosts the site. Web3Forms forwards form submissions to the organizer; Google Gmail provides email. Authorized staff handle submissions. Trip staff, accommodation, transport and insurance providers receive information necessary to organize the trip, and public authorities may receive it where required by law. Embedded Instagram uses Elfsight and loads only after external content is enabled. Following a Facebook or Instagram link opens a separate service with its own privacy policy.
Retention
Enquiries not resulting in a contract are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Contract information is retained for performance, required accounting and applicable claims periods. Camp notification and camp records are retained for five years after removal of the notification from the official camp register. Tax records follow statutory retention periods. Future-trip marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn. Cookie preferences are saved for 180 days.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. A parent or guardian may also exercise the child's rights. Contact the organizer to make a request. You may complain to Poland's supervisory authority, the President of UODO, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl.
Voluntary information and security
Providing data is voluntary, but required fields are needed to process the selected form. We do not make decisions with legal effects solely by automated means. Connections to the website and form service are encrypted. Documents and information needed to attend a trip are discussed during organization.
Providers outside the EEA
Infrastructure, email, form and external content providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Appropriate GDPR transfer mechanisms depend on the provider, including standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Contact us for information about the applicable safeguards.
Cookies and external content
We save your privacy preferences in your browser for 180 days. Form data is sent to Web3Forms only on submission. Fonts are hosted on our server. Instagram content via Elfsight loads only after external-content consent. Use the button below or the footer to change or withdraw consent.
